The space

This villa is located at the exclusive Punta Cana Resort & Club, a gated resort & residential community with 24-hour gated entrance and security.

The villa is conveniently located approx. 3.5 miles from Punta Cana International Airport – just a short 10-min drive and you’ll arrive at the villa. If you want to go off property to explore the local area, the Punta Cana Shopping Village and Blue Mall Punta Cana are located just outside the resort and you can easily get there in a rental car or with our pre-arranged transportation service ($).

This villa is located on the La Cana golf course; a 27-hole championship golf course designed by P. B. Dye, with 4 oceanfront holes and 14 holes with ocean views.

From the villa, you’ll be really close to the most incredible virgin-like beach of Playa Serena with powdery white sand and clear, shallow ocean. Just a quick walk along the golf course, and you’ll be jumping in the ocean in no time! Playa Serena is very suitable for families and small children, as the ocean is rather calm and shallow. If you want a beach with a little more life, you can easily go to Playa Blanca Beach Club which is also inside the resort.

THE SPACE:

This property is a beautiful 6000 sq. ft. villa built in 2 levels, with a big balcony, furnished terrace, pool area and view of the golf course.

The villa is very open, bright and welcoming. There are 6 comfortable bedrooms – 3 located downstairs and 3 upstairs.

At the heart of the villa, you’ll find the spacious living- and dining area and terrace overlooking the pool and golf course.

The swimming pool has a palapa (an open-sided deck with a roof) with outdoor furniture on one end and a wooden pergola hanging over the other end of the pool to provide shade on those beautiful, sunny days. On the deck around the pool, you’ll have several of sunbeds and a giant round “apple-shaped” sunbed/daybed.

The outdoor areas of the villa offer an incredible space for you to enjoy during your vacation. Here, you can spend the warm summer days swimming and taking refreshing dips in your own, private swimming pool. Enjoy your casual lunches poolside and relax underneath the shade of the palm trees.

The villa is air-conditioned but also offers you plenty of outdoor space if you prefer the feel of the warm, Caribbean air.

DOWNSTAIRS:

The main living room is located downstairs and is an airy and light space with double height ceiling, comfortable furniture, a desk, TV, books, and magazines. Right next to the living room is the indoor dining room, which seats 6 people comfortably. From the living room, you can step directly out on the furnished terrace, which is your second living area. Here, you have another dining table and an outdoor living area with TV. The terrace is covered and has blinds that can come down in case of bad weather.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare and cook delicious meals during your vacation. If you prefer to hire a personal chef (food & beverages are not included) to cook for you and to make your vacation life easier, you also have that option available.

The master bedroom is a beautiful suite with a king canopy bed, TV, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, ensuite bath with double vanity (2 sinks), shower and bathtub. From the master bedroom, you have direct access to the terrace and swimming pool area.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, TV, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, closet, and a desk. The 3rd bedroom has a king bed, TV, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, closet and direct access to the terrace and swimming pool area. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower.

UPSTAIRS:

The top floor of the villa has another living- and dining area with direct access to a large balcony.

The last 3 bedrooms are located on this floor. The 4th bedroom is the second master bedroom, which also has a beautiful king canopy bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, closet, access to the balcony with outdoor furniture and an ensuite bathroom with double vanity (2 sinks), shower and bathtub.

The 5th bedroom has a king bed, air-conditioning, vaulted ceiling with ceiling fan, TV, closet, desk and access to a balcony. The 6th bedroom has a king canopy bed, air-conditioning, vaulted ceiling with ceiling fan, TV, closet, a desk and access to a balcony. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower.
