The space

This beautiful and modern villa is situated at the main entrance of Cocotal Golf & Country Club. Within a walking distance of the residence (15 minutes walking) you will also find a grocery store. If you are looking for night entertainment, there are Dominican ‘DRINK POINT’, COCO BONGO SHOW&DISCO and the Cave’s disco ‘IMAGINE’ – all within 5-10 minutes by car.

Inside the Villa Waterfall, you will find a bright living room (a perfect place to relax), from where you can directly access a large patio with a BBQ area, a private pool with a beautiful waterfall, and an amazing tropical garden.

There are speakers and spacious sofas where you can relax and feel at home. There is a large big dining table in the dining room with places for 12 people. In your dazzling private area, you can enjoy eating outside or a BBQ party with your family.

The large kitchen is fully equipped, so if you like to cook you will have all you might need to create your culinary masterpieces, and if you don’t want to cook, we also provide chef services and meal plans for every taste upon request (for an extra charge)!
